1. No Returns or Refunds

At Fresley, we are committed to providing high-quality, fresh dry fruit products. However, due to the nature of our products and for food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@nutrilandfoods.com.
  • We will require photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
  • We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or credit for future purchases. However, this does not guarantee a replacement or credit.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Please contact us immediately at support@nutrilandfoods.com if you need to cancel an order.

4. Exceptions

  • Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Fresley.
